The room was wonderful, huge and with direct access to the terrace. Multi-channel TV, a microwave, and a refrigerator where useful. The location in front of the bus station was marvellous. Further, it was so close to bus terminal 7-10, San Jose bringing earplugs to Costa Rica, and San José. We didn't want to say goodbye, totally recommend.

Our room was surprisingly big and huge and complete with a terrace. Shower facilities, a drier, and bath sheets were available there. The location next to the bus station was marvellous and unbeatable for us...

The twin room has a great view of the city and comes equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators, while the location is conveniently situated right in front of a bus station.

Liked the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was exactly what I expected. The bed was clean and comfortable which made for a decent sleep. The location was key for me as it was very close to the bus terminal, making it convenient for early morning departures. I also felt safe as a solo female traveler, with people milling about the area.

Disliked the fact that the amenities advertised were not provided. The worst part was the lack of water for a shower.

I couldn't have asked for more value for my money at W's Hostel. The room I stayed in was amazing, with a breathtaking view, a spacious terrace, and a luxurious king-size bed. The location was extremely convenient, just steps away from the bus station. The best part of my stay was the incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially Flora, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

The location was very convenient, right across the street from the 7-10 bus stop. The room I booked was perfect, clean, and comfortable. Ms. Floro, the staff member, was amazing, kind, and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us, even trying to help us get a taxi at 2 am in the morning. Despite some difficulties with the local red taxis, Ms. Floro made sure we were safe. The property was quiet at night, and I had a good night's sleep. The price was also very reasonable. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely book again.

Convenient for bus stations, communal area is good. Large room with fabulous view and terrace, huge comfortable bed. Steps from bus station, perfect for late night arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. A little oasis in not-so-great area.
